FREE SHIPPING

Receive free standard ground shipping on all orders $75 and over. Excludes shipments to AK & HI, and Butane Fuel.  

GET IT THERE FASTER!

We offer 2 Day and Next Day Express Shipping Options for an additional fee. Excludes Traditional Party Canopies. Butane Fuel must ship ground, so it is excluded from express shipping options.

TIERED RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Our shipping prices are tiered and vary depending on the size of your order, the shipping method you have chosen and any shipping discounts you may have received. Your package arrival date is based on your address, the shipping method selected and the date and time in which you place your order. These rates only apply to the 48 contiguous states.

STANDARD GROUND 

Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).  

Delivery times listed above do not apply to APO, FPO & DPO-AA shipments.

2 DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed with 2 Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 2 Day shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO or DPO-AA addresses.

NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM EST will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO or DPO-AA addresses.

BUTANE FUEL SHIPMENTS

Due to shipping regulations, Butane Fuel can only be shipped via ground within the Continental U.S. (We can’t ship to APO’s, FPO's, DPO-AA's, Hawaii, Alaska, or via any expedited service). If you place an order to one of these locations and it includes butane fuel, we will cancel the fuel portion of the order. The rest of your order will ship as noted in the Alaska & Hawaii, and APO, FPO, & DPO-AA Shipment sections of our shipping policy (see below). 

ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPMENTS

Standard Shipping is available to all orders shipping to AK & HI for a flat rate of $21.95. 2 DAY and NEXT DAY AIR methods are not available to orders shipping to AK & HI. Butane Fuel cannot be shipped to AK & HI.

PO BOX SHIPMENTS

Orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Orders shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO-AA will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Delivery times listed above do not apply to APO, FPO & DPO-AA shipments.
